Back in 1978, CSC began providing consulting services to manufacturing firms, in conjunction with the implementation and ongoing technical support of what was then IBM's MAPICS software. Today, Custom Systems continues to install and support Infor ERP XA with much success.We provide technical support services and ERP implementation consulting. Release Management

Managing incoming EDI 830’s (planning schedules) can be a nightmare without Release Management, especially with an automotive trading partner.  CSC’s Release Management is the solution to your nightmare.  You don’t have to leave COM for Future3, you can now keep the COM functionality that you know and love and process planning schedules seamlessly.
CSC's Release Management software providescustomer service personnel an easy way to accomplish what often is a labor intensive, time consuming and repetitive task. Specifically, the job of processing EDI planning schedules involves a great deal of manual effort requiring mass changes to COM Customer Orders.  Coupled with EC which supports receipt of 830’s, the Release Management application marries EC and COM into a single seamless interface. This system is designed to receive and process customer MRP schedules, communicated via any electronic media including, EDI, web site download, email, etc. Release Management introduces new functionality into the EC control file governing how and what data your customers will send via the 830 Planning Schedule transaction set. Release Management provides a fully operator independent, automated system for receiving and processing planning schedules. Cumulative quantities and release dates will be automatically maintained and new releases will be automatically added to COM Customer Orders.

COM Offline Shipping (COS)

While COM’s OFFSHIP offering provides a way to create simple shipments, CSC’s COS provides the ability to create shipments with containerization support.  This transaction based system allows you to write your own application front end and ultimately create a shipment in COM with containerization.
If you have a requirement to provide structured packing information to your EDI trading partner and want to develop your own shipment interface, COS is the right solution for you.  Whether you are writing a Windows based application, web based shipping application, or a data collection application, COS is the what will make your integration complete.
CSC has also created data collection applications using a combination of COS and EAX running on handheld scanners that run Windows CE or above and have Internet Explorer on them.

Futurcast Interface

Futurion is dedicated to providing the most accurate, up-to-date, real forecasting solution for corporations of all sizes.   CSC has teamed up with Futurion to provide a seamless interface between the Futurcast software and Infor ERP XA.
