Custom Systems was incorporated in 1969, originally as a service bureau for accounting functions. In 1978, we began providing consulting services to manufacturing firms, in conjunction with the implementation and ongoing technical support of what was then IBM's MAPICS software. Today, Custom Systems continues to install and support the MAPICS software product line, along with the re-marketing of IBM midrange iSeries servers, and WIndows server and network hardware. We provide technical support services, network management services and ERP implementation consulting. What Custom Systems does best for over 400 customers is to integrate software, hardware, and business practices into the optimal ERP solution.

Custom Systems maintains a highly skilled staff of nearly forty IT professionals. Our corporate team is comprised of APICS certified manufacturing industry consultants, ERP application analysts, MAPICS software product experts, IBM iSeries and WIndows server and network technicians, marketing specialists and trainers, ERP systems implementation experts, and technical support personnel. Custom Systems' main office is in Sparta, New Jersey, supporting northern and central New Jersey. A second office exists in Yardley, Pennsylvania, supporting southern New Jersey, the five counties around Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland, Northern Virginia, DC, and parts of West Virginia.

Our main office in Sparta, New Jersey houses multiple IBM iSeries and Windows servers, and a customer training facility. We have the resources to concurrently run multiple versions of ERP application software, supporting the implementation needs of our customers. In conjunction with our sales office and an additional training facility in Yardley, Pennsylvania, CSC services manufacturers in the Mid-Atlantic area.

Additionally, each one of CSC's field personnel, in all departments of our corporate enterprise, is completely mobile, supported by technology that allows them to access the corporate systems, from anywhere in the world, to provide support, conduct demonstrations, or coordinate hands on training.
